Instruction
IMSC918 Eight-Channel IP Mux-Scrambling and QAM Modulation Module is the latest QAM modulator developed by Trochilus, which integrated with multiplexing and scrambling functions at the same time. Each IMSC918 daughter card can work independently, due to the combining of 8*multiplexing modules, 8*scrambling modules and 8*QAM (DVB-C) modulation modules. It supports up to 256-channel IP MPTS/SPTS (per daughter card) input with its GigE port and 8*adjacent carriers (30~860MHz) output through the two RF output interfaces.
This IMSC918 IP Mux-Scrambling and QAM Modulation Module was designed in slot structure and being allowed of a maximum 3-card insertion into one device simultaneously. Its excellent and high integration, and powerful performance make it quite a good choice for the new generation CATV system.
