RTS4504(/RTS4508/RTS4516) Four-Channel Mux-Scrambling QAM Modulator is a QAM modulator acting in high performance. It provides 4*ASI, 8*Tuner or 16*ASI input interfaces, and output with 4*RF, each able to be with 4*adjacent frequencies, and together with 1*IP of Gigabit Ethernet. Apart from modulation function as a modulator, it is configured with multiplexing and scrambling modules, which make it capable of multiplexing all or part of program streams independently for each channel. PSI/SI compilation, LCN insertion and EIT multiplexing functions are also available with this unit. It is characterized with high integration, high performance and competitive cost, all of which make the device adopted and applied more and more especially in new generation of CATV broadcasting, contribution and distribution systems.
